基本信息

徐冲,能源经济与环境政策研究所,讲师,硕士生导师。研究方向为气候变化与可持续发展、效率与生产率分析公共政策评估。已在Energy EconomicsApplied EnergyScientific Data、《中国工业经济》等主流SCISSCICSSCI期刊发表论文30篇,其中多篇入选ESI高被引论文。近年来主持和参与项目多项,参编研究生教材1部。研究成果入选中国内地(2010年至2020年)在经济学和商学领域282份高被引文章(英文)名单2篇),获西南财经大学2019年度优秀科研成果奖、Scientific Reports2022年“Top 100 Earth, Environment and Ecology Scientific Papers”,研究成果被The ConversationCarbon Brief等国内外多家媒体报道。教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心论文评审专家,担任多本国际期刊编辑、客座编辑及20余份国际知名期刊审稿人。所撰写的政策咨询报告获中共中央办公厅、四川省委办公厅采纳并获肯定性批示。
